Queríamos hablar de Ferran Adrià en su propuesta 'Comer conocimiento' ,basada en una experiencia sensorial y donde su creatividad no tiene límites.
El documental “Comer Conocimiento” es una experiencia vivida por los ganadores de un concurso sobre creatividad, que reciben como premio un almuerzo multisensorial servido por el chef catalán, en donde lo principal no es comer y donde al Chef no le importa que te guste o no.
Os invitamos a que vosotros mismos saquéis conclusiones después de haber visto el vídeo.
