Fábrica arroz Dacsa / Dacsa rice factory (I Encuentro Gastro-Blogger)

I continue with the gastro-blogger meeting, after the great breakfast that Chocolates Valor offered us we went to the rice factory Dacsa

There, they got us a cap and gown to enter at the factory and see all the processes that the rice need to pass, since the rice has been collected until you'll buy at supermarket.

Dacsa have a very large system to make the best rice, there I learned that the white rice we buy is the heart of the rice grain itself. What they do is put the rice in a machine and by friction, rice husk is removed  at it will be clean.

Arroz Basmati
Arroz Bomba
Arroz para Sushi
Arroz Dacsa de calidad extra

In the factory we learned a lot about the rice and we get the key to good rice lies in the humid climate.

We were treated great and we were presented each one with a batch of rice packages:
Basmati rice
Bomba rice
Rice for Sushi
Rice Dacsa extra quality
